- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 01, 2019, by Xiomara GuerraFirst i'd like to start off by saying that I have worked retail for 8 years and the number one rule is you always try to do what is best for the customer ESPECIALLY when they are being honest and have given your store business. This store obviously does not know the right way to run a retail business. I have never written a bad review before in my life but I feel it is necessary to write about my horrible experiences with this store. It is clear that this is a high end boutique but for high end items, high end (at least decent!) customer service should be given. For one, their return policy is awful which shows they do not truly care about their customers, just selling their product and making money. I bought a dress here in July and did not end up wearing it because it was see through and asked if I could exchange the item (with tags still attached) instead of returning it so I wouldn't take the sale away from them. The employee told me no because it was after 14 days. I had boughten the dress 18 days ago. How are you going to deny an exchange for an item that had been bought in the same month? HORRIBLE. Secondly, their employees are always misinformed and it is impossible to get a call back from them. I bought a necklace in early August that was pricey and I was iffy about buying it but their employee assured me if anything happened to it, I could return it to the store and have it fixed free of charge. Of course, it broke a few days later and I returned it to the store and the employee working at the time told me it would repaired by the beginning of the next week which was only 6 days away. Almost two weeks go by and I called the store see if my necklace had been fixed and was told it had not even been sent to be fixed. I was also told by the employee I spoke with that I was going to be charged to repair it when I was told before I even bought it that it would be free of charge. She then called the store manager to see what she could do and would call me back. The next day I get a call back that the store manager agreed to cover the charge and that they'd call me back when it was fixed. By this time I had graduated and no longer lived in College Station but the employee I spoke to on the phone said it was no problem and said they could send it to a store in Houston. I was not given a time frame but I figured it wouldn't take longer than a week to fix. Called a week later to see the progress on the necklace and the employee said shed call me back. Never got a call back. Another week goes by and I call and they told me that it was fixed and they'd call me back to get my info to ship it off. Never got a call back. I called again and was told that I needed to pay for the shipping after waiting a month for a necklace to be fixed which I was told would take a few business days. Awful customer service and awful return policy. How can you open a retail business and sell high-end items and give horrible customer service to your valued customers?
